Perry, MO (March 15, 2022) – One man was transported to a local hospital with injuries as a result of a motor vehicle accident in Perry on Friday evening. March 11.
At around 10:38 p.m., authorities were requested on-site at a traffic-related incident on Interstate 55.
Reports from authorities show that a rear-end collision between a 2006 Honda Accord and a 2016 Kenworth Conventional occurred on the northbound side of the interstate near mile marker 136.6.
The driver of the Honda, 23-year-old Tyler Crump, sustained injuries in the accident. Crump was transported by Perry County EMS to Ste Genevieve County Memorial Hospital for care.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
