St Charles, MO (March 1, 2022) – One woman was transported to a local hospital with injuries following an auto accident in St Charles on Sunday evening, February 27. At around 9:30 p.m., the Missouri State Highway Patrol was notified that their assistance was needed on-site at a crash on US Highway 67.
Reports from local authorities indicate that a 2003 Toyota Camry was driving on southbound US Highway 67 when the vehicle struck a pedestrian just south of Missouri State Route 94.
The pedestrian, 38-year-old Heather Nuncio, sustained serious injuries. The victim was transported to St Louis University Hospital by Rivers Point BlackJack EMS for emergency medical attention.
