West Alton, MO (March 11, 2022) – An automobile accident reported in St Charles County left one person injured, according to local authorities. At around 8:15 a.m., on March 9, the Missouri State Highway Patrol was dispatched to the scene of a crash on US Highway 67.
Reports of the crash indicate that the driver of a 2014 Nissan Sentra ran a red light on US Highway 67 at the intersection of Red School Road. As a result, the vehicle collided with a 2002 Saturn SL.
The driver of the Saturn, 57-year-old Andrew Breidenbach, sustained moderate injuries in the accident. He was transported by Christina Northeast Ambulance to Barnes Jewish Hospital.
