Browning, MO (May 4, 2022) – An auto accident reported just west of Browning sent one woman to a local hospital with moderate injuries. At around 7:15 p.m., on May 1, the Missouri State Highway Patrol was dispatched to a motor vehicle accident on Elk Road.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a 2012 Ford F350 pickup truck and a 2010 Chevrolet Silverado were both traveling on Elk Road, in opposite directions, when they became involved in a head-on collision on the narrow gravel road. Both vehicles sustained significant damage and had to be towed from the scene.

A passenger in the Chevrolet, 52-year-old Amy Creason, sustained moderate injuries in the accident. Creason was transported to Pershing Memorial Hospital for emergency medical attention.

At this time, investigations to determine the cause of the crash are underway with the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
