Jefferson, MO (May 20, 2022) – A crash that took place in the Jefferson area on Monday evening left three people injured. At around 4:15 p.m., on May 16, calls for assistance came in surrounding an auto accident on US Highway 67.
Reports from authorities show that a 2022 Toyota Camry was traveling east on Meyer Road during the early evening hours. As the vehicle passed through the intersection of US Highway 67, it collided with a southbound 2012 Ford F-150.
The impact of the crash left both vehicles totaled, requiring them to be towed from the scene. The police and firefighters closed off a portion of the roadway to investigate.
A total of three people were injured as a result of this accident. EMS transported 24-year-old Jacob Moore, 39-year-old Matthew Propst, and 40-year-old Julie Propst to Mercy Hospital Jefferson for care.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
