Poplar Bluff, MO (May 19, 2022) – Two people were left injured as a result of a motor vehicle accident in Butler County. Just after 9:20 a.m., on May 16, calls for assistance came in surrounding an auto accident that took place on Business Highway 67.
Reports from authorities show that a 2015 Chevrolet Spark was involved in a collision with a 2011 Jeep Cherokee on Business Highway 67 just east of County Road 301. The incident caused delays in the area one-half mile south of Poplar Bluff.
EMS rendered aid to the driver of the Jeep, 51-year-old Joseph Glasstetter, and his passenger, 87-year-old Anna Hill. Both victims were then transported to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center for care.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
