Trimble, MO (May 4, 2022) – On Saturday afternoon, the Missouri State Highway Patrol responded to the scene of a fatal collision in Clinton County. At around 3:10 p.m., on April 30, calls for assistance were received with regards to a crash on US Highway 169.
Reports from MSHP show that a 2011 GMC Acadia was traveling north on US Highway 169. For unknown reasons, the GMC crashed into the rear of a 2020 Jeep Gladiator. The impact of the crash sent the Jeep off the side of the road. The GMC then collided with a 2011 Dodge Ram just south of County Road 223.
One person involved in the accident suffered fatal injuries. The person was identified as 56-year-old Younce Forest.
Two other people involved in the accident were injured. One victim, 50-year-old Rosalyn Jones, was transported by Life Net to Ku Medical Center.
Another victim, 39-year-old Molly Ray, was transported to Mosaic Life in Saint Joseph for care.
At this time investigation surrounding the accident are underway.
