Waynesville, MO (May 20, 2022) – A motor vehicle accident took place in Pulaski County that left a young boy injured. At around 3:50 p.m., on May 17, calls for assistance came in surrounding an auto accident on Highway 17.
Reports from authorities show that a 2001 Chevrolet 1500, driven by Jason Beauchamp, was traveling on Highway 17. For unknown reasons, the driver failed to yield the right of way to a 2013 Toyota Sienna, which was driven by 33-year-old Carin Jones. As a result, the two vehicles collided. Both vehicles sustained significant damage and were towed from the scene.
A 2-year-old boy inside the Toyota suffered moderate injuries. He was rushed by Pulaski County Ambulance to Mercy Hospital in Lebanon, Missouri for further care.
