Butler, MO (November 26, 2022) – A 25-year-old woman suffered injuries as a result of a traffic accident that occurred in Bates County. Calls for help were received at around 5:30 p.m. on November 23.

According to reports provided by the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a 2006 Chevrolet Malibu in the 2008 GMC Envoy collided on the southbound side of Interstate 49 on the ramp to Missouri State Route 58 westbound. Both vehicles were severely damaged in the crash.

The driver of the Chevrolet, 25-year-old Samantha Sendejas of Amoret, Missouri, was injured in the crash. She was transported to a local hospital, where she underwent emergency care.

The circumstances surrounding the accident are under investigation.
