Callaway, MO – Marc Ferrin & Marcus Davis Hurt in Auto Wreck on US-63 near County Rd 395

Callaway, MO (November 29, 2022) – A traffic accident took place in Callaway County that left two men injured. At around 11 a.m., on November 28, troopers with the Missouri State Highway Patrol responded to a crash on US Highway 63.

Preliminary reports provided by the Missouri State Highway Patrol show that a 2008 Chevrolet Impala was crossing over US Highway 63 when it traveled into the path of a 2018 Chevrolet Malibu. As a result, the two vehicles collided. The impact of the crash caused the Chevrolet Impala to go off the left side of the roadway. The Malibu traveled off the right side of the roadway and struck a stop sign before coming to rest facing southbound. Both vehicles were totaled in the crash.

EMS responded to the scene and rendered aid to an 18-year-old male, Marcus Davis of Jefferson City, Missouri, and a 57-year-old male, Marc Ferrin of Hartsburg, Missouri, at the scene. The two victims were then transported to University Hospital, where they underwent further care for their injuries.

The incident remains under investigation.
