Egypt Township, MO (November 26, 2022) – A woman was left with significant injuries as a result of a multi-vehicle crash that took place in Carroll County. On November 23, the Missouri State Highway Patrol was notified that a crash had occurred on Highway 10.
At around 5:05 p.m., the driver of a 2013 Jeep Compass drove into an oncoming lane and struck a 2022 Mack truck, a 2013 Nissan Rogue, and a 2016 Honda Odyssey just half a mile east of Mile’s Curve. The crash caused severe delays in the area.
A 54-year-old woman involved in the crash, Michele Thompson of Norborne, Missouri, suffered moderate injuries in the crash. She was transported by Carroll County EMS to Carroll County Memorial Hospital, where she underwent emergency care.
The crash remains under investigation.
