Jane, MO (November 24, 2022) – A traffic accident was reported in McDonald County that left a man and a woman injured. On November 22, authorities were called to the scene of a crash on Missouri State Route 90.
According to reports, at around 8:25 p.m., a 2002 Honda Civic was traveling on Missouri State Route 90 when the vehicle crossed over the center line just 10 miles east of Jane, Missouri. As a result, the vehicle struck a 2011 Mazda2. Both vehicles were totaled in the crash.
Two people suffered severe injuries in the accident. A 34-year-old, Austin Hardin of Bella Vista, Arkansas, was transported to Mercy Joplin by EMS, where they underwent further treatment for the injuries suffered. The second victim, 37-year-old Laci Daniels of Pea Ridge, Arkansas, was transported by LifeFlight to Washington Regional Hospital, where she underwent emergency care.
The incident remains under investigation.
