Jefferson County, MO (November 15, 2022) – A traffic accident took place in Jefferson County on Monday morning that left two people injured. On November 14, calls for assistance came in surrounding a traffic accident on Missouri State Route 141.
According to local law enforcement, 26-year-old Andrea Pagano was driving a 2017 Mazda 6 on Missouri State Route 141 when her vehicle was struck by a 2008 Toyota RAV4 near Springdale Lane. The impact of the crash caused the Toyota to go off the roadway and strike a tree. The Mazda traveled off the roadway and collided with a traffic signal base.
Pagano and the Toyota’s driver, 74-year-old JoAnn Hunt, both suffered injuries in the crash. The two victims were rushed to Mercy Hospital South for the treatment of serious injuries.
The crash remains under investigation at this time.
