Car Accidents in Missouri

Jefferson, MO - Jeffery Stricker Injured in Auto Accident on Old Sugar Creek Rd near Hunning RdThere are many aggressive driving behaviors that can lead to car accidents. Regrettably, crashes in our state leave thousands of people with severe and life-changing injuries every year. Many injured parties require extensive treatment following their accidents. If you have suffered injuries in an accident as a result of another driver’s actions, you may be able to pursue legal action.

Speeding drivers are one of the most common causes of car crashes in our state. When drivers are speeding, it makes it difficult for them to stop or maneuver in time to avoid an accident.

Drivers who switch lanes recklessly are also a common cause of accidents. This is because they fail to check their blind spots, or they don’t signal when they change lanes. This can lead to accidents when another driver doesn’t expect them to change lanes and isn’t prepared to stop or maneuver around them.

There are also many cases where drivers fail to yield to others. When drivers fail to yield, they don’t give the right of way to other drivers who have the right of way. This can lead to severe accidents, especially at intersections where traffic is moving quickly.

All of these actions can increase the risk of a serious accident that can lead to injuries or even death. If you have been hurt in a crash caused by another motorist’s careless or reckless actions, you can benefit greatly by scheduling a consultation with a Jefferson car accident lawyer at your earliest convenience.
