Car Accidents in Missouri
Motor vehicle crashes caused by drivers who failed to yield while turning is a problem that has been increasing in recent years. There are many factors that contribute to this problem, such as distracted driving and increased traffic on the roads.
One of the biggest contributing factors to crashes caused by drivers who failed to yield while turning is distracted driving. With the increase in the use of cell phones and other electronic devices, more drivers are distracted while behind the wheel. This distraction can lead to a driver not noticing that they need to yield to oncoming traffic, which can result in a crash.
In some cases, drivers may not be aware of the law or may not think it applies to them. In other cases, they may be in a hurry and not want to take the time to yield.
Another factor that contributes to this problem is increased traffic on the roads. With more cars on the road, there is a greater chance that someone will fail to yield while turning, leading to a collision.
When drivers failed to yield to other vehicles, it can result in serious crashes that result in significant injuries for those involved.
