Car accidents caused by drivers who fail to yield can be incredibly dangerous. Not only do they put other drivers at risk, but they can also cause serious injuries and even death.
There are a number of reasons why drivers fail to yield, but one of the most common is simply not paying attention. Drivers who are distracted by their phones, or who are not paying attention to the road are more likely to cause an accident.
Other common causes of car accidents caused by drivers who fail to yield include speeding, driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, and aggressive driving. All of these behaviors increase the risk of an accident, and all are completely avoidable.
