Lake St Louis, MO (November 8, 2022) – One person has died, and two others were left injured following a head-on collision that occurred on Tuesday evening in Lake St. Louis. On November 8, the Missouri State Highway Patrol Troop C responded to the scene of a crash that occurred on Interstate 64.
According to local news sources, a head-on collision occurred on Interstate 64 just west of Highway N. The accident caused delays between Hawkridge Trail and Winghaven Boulevard. Two cars were involved in the accident. One of the vehicles reportedly crossed over the center median and crashed into the second vehicle head-on.
One person died as a result of the injuries they suffered in the crash. Two other people were transported to local hospitals, where they underwent medical treatment for non-life-threatening injuries.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol is actively investigating the collision.
