Morgan, MO (November 14, 2022) – A traffic accident took place in Morgan County that left several people injured. On November 13, troopers with the Missouri State Highway Patrol were dispatched to the site of a traffic accident on Missouri State Route 52.

According to local law enforcement, just after seven p.m., a cross between a 2009Hyundai Sonata in a 2012 Chevrolet Silverado occurred on Missouri State Route 52, just 26 feet east of Church Road. Both vehicles were totaled as a result of the crash.

A total of five people suffered injuries in the crash. The victims were identified as 45-year-old Brandy Hancock-Delhotal, 43-year-old Luke Delhotal, 19-year-old Aden Buckingham, 18-year-old Jalen Johnson, and a 15-year-old male.

Johnson, Hancock-Delhotal, and Delhotal were all transported by ambulance to Lake Regional Hospital, where they underwent medical treatment for moderate injuries.

Buckingham was transported to University Hospital by MU Air, where he underwent emergency treatment for serious injuries. The 15-year-old was transported by ambulance to Capital Region Hospital, for the treatment of minor injuries. A 16-year-old male refused care at the scene.

The circumstances surrounding the accident are under investigation.
