Sedalia, MO – Kyle Strunk Injured in Motorcycle Crash on US-50 near Quincy Ave

Sedalia, MO (November 21, 2022) – A traffic accident took place in Sedalia that left one man seriously injured on Sunday morning. Just after 2:15 a.m., on November 20, troopers with the Missouri State Highway Patrol responded to a crash on US Highway 50.

According to reports, the driver of a 2013 Mercedes-Benz attempted to make a left turn in front of a 2021 Taotao motorcycle on US Highway 50 at the intersection of Quincy Avenue. As a result, the two vehicles collided.

The motorcyclist, 24-year-old Kyle Strunk of Sedalia, Missouri, was ejected from his vehicle. Strunk suffered serious injuries and was transported to University Hospital by life flight, where he underwent emergency treatment.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol is actively investigating the crash.
