St Louis, MO – Four-Vehicle Wreck on I-55 near US-50 Leaves Three Injured

St Louis, MO (November 26, 2022) – A traffic accident occurred in St. Louis the last several people injured. The crash was reported at around 10:15 a.m. on November 23.

According to reports provided by the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a 1999 Dodge 1500 pickup truck crashed into the rear of a 2020 Chevrolet Equinox on the northbound side of Interstate 55 on the ramp to US Highway 50. The impact of the crash caused the Chevrolet to crash into a guardrail and strike a 2002 Ford Mustang. The Dodge then struck a 2015 Honda Civic.

Three people suffered injuries as a result of the crash. An ambulance responded to the scene to render aid to 18-year-old Trinton Carpenter, 18-year-old Derek Dickerson, and 24-year-old Allison Woodhouse. The victims were then transported to Mercy Hospital South, where they underwent further care.

Crash investigations are underway.
