St Louis, MO (November 16, 2022) – A traffic accident took place in the St. Louis area that left one teen severely injured. On November 3, the Missouri State Highway Patrol was dispatched to the site of a traffic accident that occurred on Interstate 270.
At around 12:45 p.m., the driver of a 2003 Buick Century was traveling northbound on Interstate 270 when their vehicle collided with a 2007 Ford Escape just north of Highway 370. The Buick then struck a concrete median and a 2015 Toyota Camry. The crash caused significant disruptions in the area as the Missouri State Highway Patrol and firefighters worked to clear the roadway.
A 17-year-old male involved in the accident from O’Fallon, Missouri, suffered serious injuries. The victim was transported by Robertson Fire Protection District to St. Louis Children’s Hospital, where they underwent emergency care.
