Vulcan, MO – Two Injured in Two-Vehicle Wreck on Highway 49 near Highway BB

Vulcan, MO (November 6, 2022) – A traffic accident took place in Iron County that resulted in injuries. At around 1:40 p.m., on November 5, emergency crews were called to the scene of a crash on Highway 49.

Investigative reports show that a rear-end collision between a 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe and a 1999 Chevrolet Silverado occurred on Highway 49 at the intersection of Highway BB. The incident caused some delays in the area.

Two people inside of the Tahoe, 26-year-old Laura Kayler and 29-year-old Jonathan Kayler, both of Clarksville, Tennessee, were both injured in the crash. The two victims were transported by ambulance to iron County Medical Center, where they underwent treatment.

The incident remains under investigation.
