Warrensburg, MO – Victim Transported to WMMC Following Crash on NW Division Rd near 101 RdAccidents involving two or more vehicles are often more severe than single-vehicle collisions. When two or more vehicles collide forcefully, it can result in vehicles suffering extensive damage, overturning, or going off the roadway. Regrettably, multi-vehicle crashes occur in Missouri daily that result in severe injuries for those involved.

  • Impairment: Drivers who are intoxicated continue to cause thousands of accidents interstate every year. Even though the blood alcohol content level of drivers in our state must be below 0.08%, we continue to see crashes caused by drivers who have a BAC level well above this.
  • Failing to yield: Failing to yield to other vehicles can have deadly consequences. In Missouri, we see many people suffer severe injuries as a result of drivers who failed to yield while turning at intersections or while switching lanes.
  • Passing stop signs: Drivers who failed to stop at intersections can place the lives of other people at risk. We see many crashes, particularly T-bone accidents, occur at intersections where drivers run red lights are passed through stop signs.
