Jefferson, MO – Kimberly Shooler & Angelah McPherson Injured in Three-Vehicle Wreck on US-67 near Meyer Rd

Jefferson, MO (October 21, 2022) – A traffic collision reported in Jefferson County on Thursday morning left two people injured. On October 20, at around 8:15 a.m., the Missouri State Highway Patrol was dispatched to a collision on US Highway 67.

According to local law enforcement, the driver of a 2003 Buick LeSabre was making a left turn onto Myers Road from the northbound side of US Highway 67 when it became involved in a collision with a 2014 Toyota Corolla. The impact of the crash sent the Toyota off the side of the roadway, where it struck a 2015 Ford edge. The Buick and Toyota were totaled as a result of the crash.

The drivers of both vehicles, 25-year-old Angelah McPherson of Festus, Missouri, and 62-year-old Kimberly Shooler of East St. Louis, Illinois, were both transported to Mercy Hospital in Jefferson, Missouri, for the treatment of moderate injuries.

Investigations to determine the cause of the collision are currently underway.
