Merriam Woods, MO (October 31, 2022) – One woman was left injured as a result of a traffic collision that took place in Taney County on Sunday morning.

On October 30, troopers with the Missouri State Highway Patrol were dispatched to a collision on US Highway 160. According to reports, a 2003 Audi TT and a 1997 Buick Skylark collided head-on at a curve on US Highway 160.

The two vehicles were totaled due to the impact of the collision. Both vehicles had to be towed from the scene by area towing companies.

The driver of the Audi, 47-year-old Stephanie Etheridge of Kissee Mills, Missouri, was injured in the accident. She was transported by ambulance to Cox Medical Center in Branson, Missouri, where she underwent medical care.

The crash remains under investigation at this time.
