Prairie Township, MO (October 15, 2022) – Authorities were dispatched to the site of a traffic collision in Pettis County that left one man injured on Friday morning, October 14. Just before 7:45 a.m., authorities were notified that their assistance was needed on-site at a traffic wreck on US Highway 50.
Reports from local authorities show that a 2007 Acura TL was traveling on US Highway 50 when it collided with a 2005 Kenworth near Route T. The two vehicles were both severely damaged due to the wreck and had to be towed from the scene.
The driver of the Acura, 59-year-old Ruben Barajas Arroyo of La Monte, Missouri, was injured in the wreck. He was transported to Bothwell Regional Hospital, where he was treated for his injuries.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
