Salt River Township, MO (October 6, 2022) – A crash took place in the Salt River Township area that resulted in injuries. On October 4, emergency crews were dispatched to the scene of a crash on Shelby County Road 353.

According to reports provided by the Missouri State Highway Patrol, at 3 p.m., a 2006 Toyota Scion and a 2007 Chevrolet Trailblazer collided head-on on Shelby County Road 353 near the Salt River Bridge. The crash left both vehicles totaled, requiring them to be removed from the scene.
