Springfield, MO (October 9, 2022) – A vehicle crash took place in Greene County on Friday morning that left a 58-year-old woman from Springfield, Missouri, injured. On October 7, calls for help came to the Missouri State Highway Patrol regarding the collision that took place on Farm Road 146.
According to MS HP reports, a 2016 Ford Fusion and a 2014 Ford F150 pickup truck were both traveling through a roundabout on Farm Road 146 just one mile west of Springfield, Missouri. For unknown reasons, the Ford F150 crashed into the Ford Fusion. Both vehicles had to be removed from the site of the crash due to the damage they suffered.
The driver of the Ford Fusion, 58-year-old Lisa Sorenson, suffered injuries in the crash. She was transported by EMS to Mercy Hospital, where she was provided medical care for her injuries.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol is currently investigating the crash.
