Union, MO – William McMillian Killed in Truck Crash on US-50 near Route AT

Union, MO (October 17, 2022) – A 60-year-old man from St. Clair, Missouri, has died as a result of the truck accident that took place in Franklin County. At around 8:05 p.m., on October 15, troopers with the Missouri State Highway Patrol responded to a collision on US Highway 50.

Preliminary reports show that a collision between a 2004 GMC Canyon in a 2016 Kenworth fleet truck took place on US Highway 50 near Route AT. Both vehicles collided front to front, resulting in severe damage. The two vehicles had to be towed away from the scene of the accident.

The driver of the GMC, 60-year-old William McMillian of St. Clair, Missouri, suffered fatal injuries in the crash. He was pronounced deceased at the scene by EMS personnel.

The truck accident remains under investigation by the Missouri State Highway Patrol at this time.
