Fair Grove, MO – Mark Piper Injured in Two-Vehicle MVA on US-65

Fair Grove, MO (September 26, 2022) – Authorities in Greene County were dispatched to the scene of a major motor vehicle accident that sent one man to Mercy Hospital with moderate injuries. On September 25, the Missouri State Highway Patrol was notified that a collision occurred on US Highway 65.

At approximately 11:55 a.m., the driver of a 2017 Ford F6 50 failed to yield the right-of-way to a 2015 Dodge Ram pickup truck while traveling on US Highway 65 just five miles south of Fair Grove, Missouri. As a result, the two vehicles collided. The impact of the crash caused the Dodge to overturn.

A passenger in the Dodge, 51-year-old Mark Piper, suffered moderate injuries. Piper was transported by EMS to Mercy Hospital, where he was provided medical care.

Investigations surrounding the crash are currently underway.
