Car Accidents in Missouri

Springfield, MO – Three Injured in Auto Wreck on US-160 near Farm Rd 146Motor accidents take place daily in the state of Missouri as a result of negligence. We see many accidents occur as a result of drivers who are negligent. Some leading factors in vehicle collisions include:

Speeding: Drivers who travel above the posted speed limit are less likely to maintain control of their vehicles during inclement weather, around curved roadways, and in various other areas.

Intoxication: Drivers who are under the influence of drugs or alcohol are unable to adequately judge the distance between other vehicles on the road. As a result, we see many intoxicated drivers drift into other lanes, crashed into the rear ends of vehicles, and cause serious accidents.

Distractions: While operating a motor vehicle, it is important that drivers pay attention to the road ahead at all times. When drivers take their attention off the road as a result of using their phones, talking to others, or engaging in other distracting actions, they run the risk of causing harm to others sharing the road.
