In 2019, three of our attorneys appeared on the Super Lawyers® website and in the organization’s yearly magazine. Our founding partner, David M. Peterson, was once again recognized on the main Super Lawyers list, which he has appeared on since 2005; Nicholas S. Clevenger reprised his spot on the Rising Stars list, and Kyle Sollars appeared on the Rising Stars list for the first time in his career.

Kyle P. Sollars is a recent addition to Peterson & Associates, P.C. He has experience in both sides of personal injury litigation and focuses his current practice on mass torts. Kyle has worked with clients affected by Roundup®, testosterone replacement therapy, IVC filters, surgical warming blankets, and other faulty pharmaceuticals, consumer products, and medical devices.
David M. Peterson founded our firm in 1993 and has personally collected over $400 million on behalf of our clients. He is a plaintiffs-only attorney and handles mass tort and personal injury cases, including catastrophic injury claims. David has practiced in over 20 states across the country and has an emphasis on pharmaceutical and medical device litigation.
Meet Nicholas S. Clevenger
Nicholas S. Clevenger has been with our firm since 2005 and focuses on mass tort litigation. He has tried claims involving birth control products, implantable mesh devices, orthopedic replacements, earplugs. and Roundup®. Nicholas is a member of the American Association for Justice, among other prestigious legal organizations. He has been named to Super Lawyers every year since 2012.
