Harrisonville, MO (October 13, 2020) – A car accident that put two people in the hospital took place near 175th on Monday, October 12th.
As reported by the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the accident occurred at about 2:00 p.m. when a 2004 Chevrolet Avalanche pulled into the path of an oncoming 2018 Nissan Titan causing the two vehicles to collide.
The 26-year-old driver of the Avalanch suffered minor injuries and was transported via ambulance to Lees Summit Medical Center. The 29-year-old driver of the Titan passenger sustained injuries that were classified as critical and was transported to the same medical facility.
This accident remains under investigation by local law enforcement.
