Newton Co, MO - One Hospitalized Following Two-Car Crash on River Rd
Newton Co, MO (May 24, 2021) - One person was injured during a two-car accident on Sunday, May 23rd in Newton County.
The collision occurred at about 7:20 p.m. on River Road just outside of Joplin when an eastbound motorcycle that was stopped at a stop sign was rear-ended by a Jeep Grand Cherokee driven by a 71-year-old man from Joplin.
The motorcyclist, 29-year-old Mason T. Greninger, a resident of Goodman, was transported via ambulance to Freeman Hospital West with injuries believed to be non-critical.
