Car Accidents in Missouri
Reports provided by the Missouri Department of Transportation and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration show that the state of Missouri ranks 19th out of all 50 states for the likelihood of people being involved in fatal collisions. Between 2012 and 2014, more than 2,300 people lost their lives in accidents throughout the state. Thousands more are left with life-altering injuries that require extensive medical treatment.
Not being able to work while being overwhelmed with tens of thousands of dollars in medical bills not only impacts victims but their families as well. It does not seem right that victims who are injured in accidents as a result of the actions of others are forced to spend substantial amounts of money on treatment. Rather than moving forward after an accident alone, victims should consult with a responsive car accident attorney in Kearney who can help educate them with regards to legal options available and help them to exercise their rights and collect the compensation they need and deserve.
